REMANUFACTURED NOT RECONDITIONED
Our engines are fully remanufactured – not just reconditioned
They have been stripped, cleaned then all parts tested for damage.
All relevant machining will have been carried out to the engine such as to the cylinder head and cylinder block. The cylinder head is fully remanufactured, the cylinder block is re-bored and honed, and the crankshaft is machined / reground.
The engine is rebuilt using:
- new pistons
- new piston rings
- new gaskets
- new oil seals
- new engine bearings
- new oil pump
- new timing chain kit / timing belt kit
Our remanufacturing is carried out to a high standard in our own workshop using the latest brand leading machinery.
In addition we use only the highest quality branded parts (to OEM specification) and genuine manufacturer parts, in the remanufacturing process.
ENGINE SUPPLY AND FIT
We can provide a fitting service for the Ford EcoBlue 1.5 engine, using an engine from stock or remanufacturing your own engine before refitting it for you.
The additional benefit that this provides is that part of the service will include checking all the ancillary parts and informing you of their condition; parts such as the diesel injection system, injectors, turbo, water pump, clutch, etc.
