Reconditioned Engines

Our engines are fully remanufactured – not just reconditioned.

Traditionally a reconditioned vivaro engine will have been just stripped, cleaned and some broken parts replaced. Our reconditioning process involves far more.

Once stripped and cleaned we test all parts for damage, the cylinder head is fully remanufactured, the cylinder block is re-bored and honed, and the crankshaft is machined / reground.

Then the vauxhall vivaro engine is rebuilt using new parts, including:

• - pistons and piston rings
• - gaskets
• - oil seals
• - engine bearings
• - oil pump
• - timing chain kit / timing belt kit
